To those that have read my paper on Things Fall Apart. The author of the great book about the change one faces when other forces invades your world, passed away on Thursday, March 28th, 2013 in Boston. Chinua Achebe was 82. This man with his works gave African literature a voice here in America. After publishing Things Fall Apart Achebe gain the world's attention. His book went on to sell 10 million copies in 45 languages today. It is still used in many classrooms and has since  become an instant classic.

His agent in London said that Mr. Achebe died after battling a brief illness. This literary titan will be missed, but his work will live on to tell his story. If you haven't read Things Fall Apart you should give it a go. It is both insightful and thought provoking.

Eventually your little bundle starts sleeping thought   All of those demands and sleepless nights were something you thought you were prepared for, but when it finally came down to it you were totally wrong. Gone are helpful nurse's that would take your little one to the nursery when you wanted to take a nap. Gone are the extra...

This talked about or ranted about all the things that women of a certain size could not find in regular stores and had to go to other stores that were specially designed for larger people but most of the stores never had anything women of plus size wanted to wear. I look back on my blog and came to see that I'm not mad anymore, but I will still keep the title “Diary of a mad fat woman” since I never reach the weight loss goal that I was looking to a achieve but I'm happy with the condition of my body. Since my last post I believe I did lose a few pounds but I am still considered overweight which is totally fine with me because I am an active overweight woman I participate in Taekwondo, I go to the gym, I walk and I run sometimes, I work out at home and manage my eating with very well. As the years went by and I started to look at myself more and appreciate myself more. I ...
